Green Goddess Sauce


1 bunch cilantro
1-2 cloves garlic
1 lime (freshly squeezed)
½ cup plain yogurt or light mayonnaise
1 to 1½ tbsp Tamari
Pepper to taste
½ tbsp maple syrup (optional)

Combine all ingredients and blend.  Serve with baked or BBQ salmon, beef tenderloin, chicken, or as a salad dressing.
